since 1993. Our cheese is handcrafted and the recipe comes from a
visit
to shepherds in the French Pyrenees. Our Vermont Shepherd Cheese is full of flavor
and has a beautiful natural rind. Vermont Shepherd
has been featured in The New York Times, Food and
Wine, Gourmet, Wine Spectator and many other publications
and is available in specialty food shops nationwide.
Our lovely gift samplers are quite popular and are
available year round. We also offer special holiday
