My photographs examine landscapes with personal resonance - views that are so familiar to me that without the camera they disappear into the background.
Inspired by Monet’s paintings of the Rouen cathedral facade, I often photograph the same landscape at different times of day over the 4 seasons.
Our family farmhouse has provided the background for my life since early childhood and now forms a backdrop view across the field from my home.
